use_theme_fonts=”yes”][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][vc_column_text]A graduate of the Faculty of Applied Sciences \u2013 specialized in Engineering in Applied Mathematics and holder of a master’s degree in Computer Vision at the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at UPB, Tudor transformed his passion for research into a career built on innovation and perseverance.<\/span><\/p>\n

He worked as a researcher in computer vision at the Enterprise Based Programme (NUI Galway and Fotonation, Ireland) and a senior researcher at Fraunhofer Portugal. Today, he shares his knowledge between education and industry: data science consultant at Gravitad, trainer at GoIT Academy and active volunteer at Future Labs. His constant involvement in various projects reflects his desire to continuously learn, explore new fields and contribute to the development of the community through education and technological innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Passionate about technology, Tudor is currently working on the development of a website dedicated to melanoma detection, a project through which he wants to have a real impact in the field of health.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

His motto, <\/span>\u201cWhen I\u2019m at work\u2026 I create art,<\/span><\/i>\u201d reflects a philosophy of life where excellence is not the exception, but the norm. When he works, he does so with passion, dedication and the desire to leave behind something memorable and valuable. He teaches the WOW Lab Mix module, a space where students\u2019 curiosity turns into real discoveries and theory comes to life through engaging experiments.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Tudor, this experience is an excellent opportunity to share his knowledge and cultivate the joy of learning through practice. He loves the hands-on philosophy promoted by WOW Lab, where each student is encouraged to observe, test and think critically.<\/span><\/p>\n

He sees the future of science education in learning by doing.
