About Adelina Păduraru

Adelina Păduraru is a vivid presence, who combines scientific rigor with artistic sensitivity in a completely unique way. She is a PhD student in Biology, Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and Master’s in Neurobiology and Didactics at Faculty of Biology, University of Bucharest, but for Adelina science is not just a profession, but a way of life.

She loves to understand the mechanisms of life and share this fascination with those around her, especially children, with whom she connects with gentleness, patience and authentic joy.

She dedicates her free time to her passions, which are not few at all. She was a professional ballroom dancer, but today she dances only for pleasure. She is part of a team of K-pop choreographers, where she conceives dynamic, energetic movements to the rhythm of the musical genre that has recently conquered her.

In love with Asian dramas, the color pink and everything that is delicate or cheerful, she lives her life with enthusiasm and optimism. Nature is her favorite refuge and animals give her immense joy. She loves cats, wood pigeons, any animal that comes her way and finds peace in the wilderness, in hiking and nights spent in a tent.

All these passions define her as a warm, curious, active person, who tries every day to live beautifully and to share positive vibrations with people around her.

Adelina’ s mission at Wow Lab

Adelina joined the Wow Lab team in April 2025 and she teaches here the programs: “Scoala altfel/saptamana verde” and ”Chemistry for me – Cambridge”.

She chose to work at Wow Lab because she wanted a different kind of education: a living, practical, discovery-filled one, where children learn by doing, not by memorizing. She believes that traditional teaching limits students’ potential, while experimentation opens their minds and helps them maintain the natural curiosity they are born with.

Adelina’s mission at Wow Lab is to awaken children’s curiosity and show them that science is not just a lesson, but an adventure. She is extremely happy every time she sees the sparkle in children’s eyes when they discover through captivating experiments how something works in the real world.

For Adelina, the future of science is one accessible to everyone. She imagines a world where anyone can enter a lab, try, test, make mistakes and discover. For her, science is not reserved for specialists, but becomes a natural part of people’s lives. Through her work at Wow Lab, she passionately contributes to building this future, encouraging every child to explore without fear and experience whatever they want.

Testimonials

My son simply adores Wow Lab. He likes the proposed experiments and the fact that they are active in class. It was his own decision to stay at this club, taking into account that he is a very difficult child to convince.<br />I would wholeheartedly recommend this option because the little ones have a very active lesson and are able to put in he practices everything he studies in class.
